OLD
BUSINESS:
The Camp received a Thank You note from the Lackawanna County
Council of Veterans for the donation.
A second deposition is to be held January 3, 1997 at 2:00 if the offices
of Oliver, Price and Rhodes.
This deposition is for Norma Reese, President of the Forest Hill
Cemetery Association.
Joe Long reported that the monument for the Medal of Honor winners was
only for veterans of World War II.
This seems to be a full reversal of what they had started out to
do. A
discussion was held on whether we should give a donation.
Bill Lindberg stated that if we did decide to make a donation that
we should also send a note stating that it should recognize all winners.
Joe Long will now check on the validity of the organization and
whether this is a bonafide cause.
There will be further discussion in January.
Bill Lindberg reported that he has the updated changes to the
Constitution and Regulations (changes).
He is trying to find the original.
Joe Long will contact Bud Atkinson to get a copy.
Inventory will begin on Saturday, January 18th at 8:00 in the morning and
will go to noon that day or longer if anyone would like to stay.
More discussion to be held at the January meeting.

donation of three (3) computers to the Museum.
These computers will hold the database of old and new members as well
as the small cemetery database and the inventory.
More information in January.
Bob Shaffer also brought up the idea of starting a Camp project and Internet
web page which would help other organizations find lost artillery.
This stemming out of the loss of our cannon.
It would take some time and cooperation from members as well as from
other sources.
Bob also reported that he has two individuals who would help him design this
web page.
Secretary Shaffer submitted a receipt for $50.00 to renew his petty cash fund.
With no further business, questions or discussion, a motion to adjourn and
