NEW BUSINESS
Joe Long discussed the idea of raising the dues for the upcoming year.
He suggested that up to January 1st it be set at the normal
$20.00, but after January 1st it would be $22.00.
After the per capita tax is taken out ($4.25 x 4 times a year), there
remains $3.00 per person to handle postage and other miscellaneous expenses.
No motion at this time with more discussion to follow.
Secretary Shaffer made a motion to the effect that anyone participating in
Memorial Day Services should receive a certificate.
Discussion followed and Russ P. Jones suggested that this be limited
to non-members of the camp or if there were an extraordinary accomplishment by a
member.
Secretary Shaffer amended his motion, seconded by Joe Long and all were in
favor.
With no further business, questions or discussion, a motion to adjourn was
made by Joe Long and seconded by Bob Shaffer.
All were in favor.
