MONTHLY MEETING

 EZRA S. GRIFFIN CAMP #8

 November 8, 2012  

The meeting was called to order in ritualistic fashion by Commander Robert A. Sulger Jr.

Other members in attendance were:

Absent: Secretary Bob Shaffer, Senior Vice Commander Frost Decker and Patriotic Instructor Craig Kelly.

The minutes for the October meeting read and approved.  A motion was made to accept the minutes as read by Dale Keklock and seconded by Dave Teeters.  All were in favor.

The financial report was read by Joe Long with the following information:

Help Money $271.00

October Ticket Winner - Howard Wolfe who donated the winnings back to the Camp

November Ticket Winner - Brianna Mazzaccaro (#397)

A motion to accept was made by Dave Teeters and 2^nd by Doug Teeters.  All were in favor.

NEW BUSINESS:

The Ladies were invited to speak about the upcoming Christmas Party.  Mary Jo said the count has to be into the restaurant by November 17th.

Open House Saturday - we are in need of members to help out, if you can, please come down.

Commander Sulger was given his Past Commanders Badge and was pinned on by his brother, PCC Ray Sulger.

FOR THE GOOD OF THE ORDER:

Howard Wolfe brought up some ways to raise funds for the Museum, including Note Cards that can be available at Remembrance Day.

With no further business, questions or discussion, the meeting was closed in ritualistic manner.
