OLD BUSINESS:

Budget Meeting: The 2019 budget was looked over and updated for the 2021 year.  Many things were dropped.  One expense was that of wreaths we use to place during our ceremonies.  Commander Skotleski has talked to his father and sister and they have no problem helping us make new wreaths.  Jim Jones expressed his thanks to the Commander's father.  The Patriotic Instructor gift has been eliminated as it has not been done in years.  There was also discussion on the website and Jim Jones expressed that a website is needed to keep up with the times.  The website will then feature info on the Museum as well to help gain donations.  On this note, Hal Myers talked about how we lost money/donations due to having many events cancelled due to the pandemic.  Jim Jones sent out two draft memos/fundraising letter to help gain donations.

NEW BUSINESS:

Jerry O'Malley asked if National or Department could modify their costs due to the pandemic.

Nomination of Officers: Bob Shaffer brought up that under Robert's Rule, a member can make a motion to keep officers in place with the Secretary casting a single ballot for a unanimous vote.  Hal Myers made the motion to keep officers as is and Jim Jones seconded the motion.  Secretary Bob Shaffer cast his vote and motion was in favor.  Our officers remain as is:
